So Parade, as was announced on Twitter last week, are dropping a brand new tune by the name of ‘Light Me Up’ on August 1. That, countdown fans, is 13 days from today. And this, snippet fans, is 20ish seconds of it.
Tim ‘Girls Aloud/Sugababes/Paloma Faith’ Powell is the one twiddling the knobs, which explains how hilariously excited we are to hear the full cut, and the track is the first to be unveiled from the girls’ exciting ‘sessions’ towards Album No2, which apparently is being geared up for an early 2013 release.
So what can we deduce from that brief teaser?
Well, we can gather that there’s a 74% chance it will be better than this:
A 91% chance it will be more danceable than this:
And a 104.3% chance it will be more interesting than this:
But we’ll have to wait and see.
