Rizzle Kicks plan to star in their own sitcom. POP BITS.
POP BITS. Those Rizzle Kickers Harley and Jordan are a very talented duo. Not only are they very good popstars, but also plan to become TV and film stars too. They’ve just come back from supporting Ed Sheeran in America and did a very good job presenting ITV2′s backstage coverage of the Brits last month. But they’ve also gone and written a sitcom. “So we had kind of like a pilot in the works and then another idea surfaced. So we’ve had to rethink, like, a lot of things”, said Harley. They’re aware of the hassle with being those singers that did that TV thing though, “we just want to get it right and not make it seem gimmicky,” said perfectionist Jordan.
Speaking at Russell Brand’s Give It Up for Comic Relief gig last night, the boys also admitted they’d asked Plan B for advice about writing a film. “It’s very early stages but I’ve always had these ideas but I’ve started to be able to write scripts a little bit better and I’m just working on it.” Wow! It’s wonder they have time for all these projects. POP B ITS OUT.
Rita ROCs the Scala!
Rita Ora brought the house down at London’s Scala last night, in her first headline show in the capital. Amongst the packed crowd of fans and media were some of the singer’s celeb pals including Rizzle Kicks and poster boy Conor Maynard. The party continued well into the night as Rita and friends headed to hotspot Mahiki for aftershow festivities!
There’s likely to be more celebrations this weekend as Rita is on course to top the charts with her newly released debut album ORA (clever title!) – if she makes it, the album will be her 4th number one, following the smash successes of her first three singles.
Sounds like a great excuse for a big old party (and bullsh*t, and party, and…) to us!
