The Wanted’s international super-tune ‘Glad You Came’ has been certified platinum in the US after shifting its millionth copy. Not bad, eh?
The track was released over there in February, and has since become the highest-charting single for a British band in America since, well, ever. Accepting a fancy plaque on stage, Nathan Sykes said: “Thank you so much. Thank you to the label as well and every one who’s worked on this out here. They’re the reason this has gone so well, and you guys as well.”
